    one word. DOCTOR. im telling u bud, the BEST way to help with these things is to see your doctor. especially for the seizures. i know u probably dont want to but its in your best intrest. msg me if needed

    efxdc x has a good answer for the panic attack part.

    As far as epilepsy there is no "cure." Medication is usually used to control seizures, and some people just kind of grow out of them. Some people qualify for surgery, but those are usually people that have frequent and severe seizures that don’t respond to medication.

    Also, there may be a link between your panic attacks and seizures. Stress can trigger seizures in some people (it does for me) so dealing with that through medication or another way could lessen your seizures.

    Finally, go see a doctor. That’s normally the best place to start.
