Just go to a river or any body and water and just sit there relax and watch the ripples in the water this is so relaxing and it helps ease your anxiety, but you do need to seek professional help.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
