Is it depression symptoms or panic attack/ anxiety attack?
I have a condition where a rise of temperature at the back of my neck is emotionally triggered and I feel an aching sensation that really hurts. The emotions are based on being very angry and very sad. It is followed by chest pain making it hard to breathe and a sense of emptiness. The panic/anxiety attack symptoms that I found on the internet do not appeal to me because it is stated that most of them have a sense of impending doom, fear of death, bla bla bla~ I do not fear death nor am I suicidal. You live you die, that’s life.
So I will list down my symptoms once again.
1. Rise of temperature & aching sensation at the back of neck (emotionally triggered)
2. Difficult to breathe.
3. Calmed by smoking or listening to music.
I need someone to tell me my medical condition so I can address a specialist to prescribe me some medication as soon as possible.
Wish we had Xanax in my country.
I do not tolerate dumb answers, do not test my patience. I already have a short fuse to begin with. Thank you very much.
i would say it is anxiety that causing those symptoms, but that not to say you could also be depressed. I have anxiety symptoms but i never get the fear of death feeling either

i have suffered with depression and neither of the symptoms ring a bell it sound to me like a panic attack but im no doctor maybe you should see your gp as soon as possible because feeling like you do can put alot of stress on the rest of your body like your heart maybe try yoga to help you calm down or some sort of meditation i keep saying i should do it as well cos i have a very short fuse and don’t know how to relax hope you feel better soon cos life’s short and you shouldn’t be suffering

Hi there. Sometimes anixiety and panic make you depressed but thats just normal. YOu are going to be fine but you should see a doctor adn get proper treatment, start at your gp. YOu dont need to be suffering like this in this day and age. Anxiety and panic cause lots of symptoms and are different for everyone. YOu will be fine, go to your gp.
