    I would honestly …
I would honestly have to say, I felt I was “completely” over my anxiety up until a few months ago. Now Im starting to lose it lol Everything just feels unrealistic, I feel as though I am actually going crazy and I try everything to pull myself together. Lately even hearing some sounds from the TV and radio are giving me anxiety. :( ing hate it.

    I’m 16 too … kay …
I’m 16 too … kay well yesterday I had an extreme panic attack for the first time after I smoked some weed. Im scared it was laced with something cause I didnt know these people, but anyway - I think I went temporarily insane and felt like i was gonna die. Then I was scared I was going crazy, then I felt like I was going to choke on my tongue, and die… I was up all night coughing and gagging and whatnot and now my heart is beating irregularily and I dont know what to do, its going so slowly..

    Exercising actually …
Exercising actually helps more than meds, but if you’re having a lot of panic attacks the first thing you want to do is stop them when meds. Then gradually exercise and come off the meds.

    Actually, magnesium …
Actually, magnesium deficiency causes heart palpitations (plus a list of other symptoms in your body, including depression), so if you are experiencing palpitations your body is telling you that you need to take it. I am a nutritionist and I recommend a GOOD multi-vitamin/mineral, preferably whole food, to all patients. In America there is a epidemic of nutitional deficiency, hence an epidemic of illnesses of all kinds, physical and mental.

I cant for get to mention if you smoke cigarettes quit you’ll go through trying but thats only three 3 days of physical its only mental after that anyway quitting will make your body feel so much calmer keep out all caffeine because they make you nervous stay away from alcohol because it pushes out nutrients your body needs and your body cant rest good with alcohol in it replace alcohol with lemon balm, passion flower, catnip or sleepy time tea.

    panic attacks comes …
panic attacks comes from fear, worry, stress and the like, the mind is so powerful we can think negative things and it becomes a monster in our lives, if we can just train our mind and tell it its not real it wont come back, it takes practice to train our mind to think positive things, if we can take the time out to think negative things to bring on panic attacks how come we can’t train our mind to be at peace and tell the negative thoughts to go to and never come back, we bring on attacks

hi sweetie, i deal with the same problems also, what i do is before i go to sleep i breath in through the nose slowly and out the mouth slowly, keep doing it back to back about 10 to 15 times. make it a habit to do it in the morning also, and if you get it during the morning dont panic keep doing the technique, what ever you have on your mind let it go, any worries, stress let it go, i hope this technique helps, do it every day and night, any questions let me know! love and light.

    and then as quickly …
and then as quickly as my pulse feels so weak my heart starts palpitating like it’s bursting out of my chest coming from feeling like it isn’t even beating. Then it goes back and forth from beating soft to beating fast and it’s like . I’m on Valium but it doesn’t do anything. I cry myself to sleep everynight thinking I’ll have died in the morning. I have given up hope.

    God please someone …
God please someone please help me if you have any advice I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve been having panic attacks for two months now and it is the scariest thing I ever experienced. I am a 16 year old boy and have never had anything like it. In the middle of the night, every few nights, I suddenly wake up gasping for air and hyperventilating feeling like I’m going to pass out. Then my blood pressure drops extremely low and my pulse feels weak and I think my heart has stopped.
