Does anyone know of any over the counter drugs that can stop panic attacks?
I have been having really bad panic attacks and I visited my doctor and was put on xanax but my prescription has ran out and I am unable to get another one right now. Does anyone know of anything that can treat panic attacks, does anyone know of any over the counter drugs that can get rid of panic attacks?
My doctor just told me that benadryl is fine although you may feel sleepy. I tried xanax and hated it so I am going to give benadryl a try. Good Luck!!

I had a patient once who’s doctor told her to take Benadryl. She said it work alright.
