There are a few things you can do. The best would be to figure why you fell panic. That could take a while so let’s check how to deal with it.
1. Don’t look at the audience. Look over their heads. look at the lights or walls.
2. Look at the audience but think of them without clothes.
3. Stop thinking what they think and concentrate on what you want to deliver.
4. Breathe in deeply through your nose by tightening your stomach muscles. Exhale through your mouth.
5. Be aware of every thing in your peripheral vision, i.e. at your sides. This is very important.
6. Don’t give a damn. You’re there cuz you’re good.
No 5 is very important but don’t forget No. 6.
You can do it!

Doctors prescribe beta blockers for social anxiety. You might not need them though. It is a type of blood pressure medication that slows everything down. It is safe.

Hi,
If you feel a panic attack or feelings of anxiety creeping up on you then try this word repetition technique that I learned that helps me to quickly ’snap out’ of my panic attacks:
I simply repeat the words ‘cream cake’ over and over in my head as quickly as I can without stopping. You could use any word or words you like really but that’s what I chose (because I like cream cakes). It apparently works because it doesn’t give your brain time to process the panicky thoughts and so helps you to relax again. Seems strange I know … but it works for me!
There’s also a free ebook that I found really useful called ‘Get Rid of Panic and Anxiety for Good’. If you want to take a look you can find it at: http://curepanicattacks.premiergold.info/get-rid-of-panic.html Even though I got it for free it has helped me absolutely loads!
